Jeffrey DeBarr, Co-Founder
Jeff has been working in construction since he was 15. He's done about every job in the trade. From trim painting to managing multi-million dollar projects, Jeff has done it all. His favorite projects include remodeling a historic 150-year-old home and building out a converted school bus he used to travel the country.
Kenny Minchin, Co-Founder
A serial entrepreneur, Kenny is a builder of both businesses and special spaces. After launching multiple businesses, Kenny was inspired to partner with his brother-in-law, Jeff, and create a general contracting company Better Built. He brought his entrepreneurial expertise, creativity, and strong work ethic to a company that would bring joy to both his life and the lives of his customers.
